These terms govern access to AmazFlow’s public website and demonstration experiences. Commercial use of the AmazFlow platform is governed by a separate written agreement, order form, or pilot agreement.

Permitted use

You may use this website for legitimate informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may not disrupt, probe, misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, product demonstration, infrastructure, or other users’ information.

Demonstration environment

The product demonstration uses synthetic information and may change without notice. It is not a production environment and must not be used to submit patient information, protected health information, credentials, confidential customer data, or other sensitive records.

Intellectual property

AmazFlow and its licensors retain rights in the website, product, software, designs, trademarks, and related materials. No rights are granted except the limited permission to access the website under these terms.

Disclaimers

The website and demonstration are provided on an “as available” basis for evaluation and informational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, AmazFlow disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a signed commercial agreement.
